Our CloudSign platform is an easy-to-use online platform that decreases your stack of paper significantly. It allows you to send quotations made in Teamleader online and get your customer to accept the quotation on the spot.

Next to digitalising your admin, CloudSign also helps you stay on top of your sales process. When a customer has viewed your quotation online, you get notified so you can take immediate action.

From earlier research within our customer base, we learned that looking more professional towards customers is one of the top 10 reasons people start with Teamleader.

Our CloudSign platform plays a big part in establishing that professional look. That’s why we’ll replace the current functionality to upload a custom background with more elaborate customisation options, such as:

  • Uploading your company logo, so it appears in the top left corner of your CloudSign.
  • Defining a colour scheme for your CloudSign so you can align it with your brand

Are you using multiple company entities? No worries! These customisations will be available per individual company entity.

Improved by experts

Apart from establishing a professional look, the CloudSign platform is, of course, all about getting quotations signed as easy as possible. The usability of the platform, therefore, has a significant influence on getting a quotation signed.

Our usability experts took a comprehensive look at every possible interaction to make sure those are both easy and quick to use. This resulted in new and improved ways to:

  • Accept and sign a quotation
  • Download a quotation
  • Give feedback on a quotation

Now, every customer that intends to either sign, download or give feedback on a quotation will successfully do so. No matter if they are viewing the quotation on their desktop computer, tablet or mobile phone.


Many customers also mentioned the need to make the legal validity of a signed quotation more prominent. To do so, both the timestamp of the signature and the IP address of the signer will be stored and available to display on your quotation.

Tested by our users

A few weeks ago, we released this new and improved CloudSign to a number of beta testers. It’s a bit early to draw and share any hard figures just yet, but we already see some positive trends nonetheless.
