General & Administration

General & Administration is the backbone of Teamleader. This team is in charge of making our daily operations run smoothly. They keep us fed, pay our salaries, manage all of Teamleader’s invoices, and handle the nitty gritty marketing and sales automation stuff. All while collecting data and analysing it to steer us in the right direction and stay on target. Simply put, Teamleader would be lost without them.

Marketing

Marketing is in charge of lead generation. We discover what makes potential customers that could be a great fit for Teamleader. We’re all about the numbers: we dive headfirst into our analytics to make sense of which marketing activities are working and which aren’t so we can constantly tweak our tactics. We’re a team that supports one another, and works with people across the business to do so.

The management team sets the company strategy and makes sure everyone knows where we want to go, as well as how we’ll get there. Our 4 axis of success (People, Customer, Tech and Growth) define what success looks like for every team member and how we’ll keep raising the bar, quarter after quarter.

Product is the middleman between all our stakeholders and the development team, working together to develop a product used by thousands of users on a daily basis. We have a strong vision on where the product is heading and always try to keep all of our stakeholders’ best interests in mind.
