Is Focus AI included in my package?
Yes. Focus AI is included in Smart, Grow and Flow, with a monthly allocation of AI credits at account level. You can view your own usage in the chat. Administrators can see an overview of all users’ usage.

Do I need to install or configure anything?
No. An administrator enables Focus AI once for the account. After that, it appears in the side panel on every page and in the Focus AI module. You don’t need to configure anything else, and no technical knowledge is required.

Can Focus AI make changes without me knowing?
No. You’ll see every change first and approve (or reject) it yourself. Even if it involves several items at once.

Can I disable it for individual users?
Yes. Focus AI is a user permission that you can enable or disable for each individual via Settings. And Focus AI never sees or does anything beyond what that user’s permissions allow.

What happens to my data?
Focus AI doesn’t use your data to train third-party AI models. Focus AI is built in Belgium and hosted in the EU.

Is Focus AI agentic AI?
Yes, in the sense that matters to you: Focus AI carries out work in Teamleader Focus in several steps: searching, drafting, editing, and preparing dozens of actions at once. The difference from what you might read elsewhere about agentic AI is that here, nothing happens without your involvement.
