  • What’s the difference between Do It Yourself and other onboarding formulas?

    With our Do It Yourself formula, you discover Teamleader by yourself, at your own pace. In our Support Center you will find all the product-trainings, best practices and answers to your questions. These are available to you 24/7 and completely free of charge.

    If you prefer online support or if you want to outsource your implementation, you can choose one of our other onboarding formulas: Do It With Help or Done for You. For those, you pay a one-time fee.

  • Is discovering Teamleader by yourself feasible?

    If you are a “Do It Yourself” person and like to find your way around Teamleader, then getting started yourself is definitely feasible. In our Support Center we have gathered all the tools you need, from recorded product-trainings to best practices to optimise your workflow.

    Do you still have a problem? Then contact our support team. They will help you via email and in your own language. And if you prefer help by phone, we can schedule it together.

  • What if I want to import data, for example from my accounting package, into Teamleader?

    Importing data such as customer contacts, invoices, deals or projects into Teamleader is easy: just upload them in an Excel or CSV file.

    If you need personal support to import your data, you can use our Do It With Help formula. A dedicated expert will help you set up your account step by step via video call and screen sharing. You will pay a one-off fee for this service.

    Do you prefer to outsource the implementation? Then we recommend our Done For You formula. After an intake interview, one of our certified Service Partners will come on-site to do the import for you. You pay a one-time fee of 1,000 euro and before you know it, everything is up and running.

  • When should I get online support from an expert or outsource the implementation completely?
