At Teamleader, we live and breathe entrepreneurship. Founded in 2012, Teamleader is a SaaS scale-up with two work management products: Teamleader Focus and Teamleader Orbit. Everyday, our software allows entrepreneurs to focus on what really matters: their business. 12.000 entrepreneurs and their teams use Teamleader on a daily basis to sell, bill and organize work. From IT agencies and digital marketers to plumbers and construction companies. It’s our mission to help service businesses all over Europe thrive. 


As a Sales Executive at Teamleader Focus, you will advise Dutch speaking small to medium businesses in Belgium and The Netherlands about their work management software. Our goal is to help entrepreneurs work smarter with our all-in-one tool.

You don’t sell, you help entrepreneurs to work smarter. 

  • As a Sales Executive, you’ll inspire entrepreneurs to digitize their workflow, you will help them to work smarter.

  • After potential customers activate a 14-day trial, you are their go-to person. You’ll talk with business owners in the SMB market on a daily basis.

  • You host a demo (online or on site) with them and will be responsible for the closing as well.

  • You’ll work closely with our Inside Sales and Sales Development Representative colleagues. They are responsible for planning your sales demo's.

  • We want you to build a relationship with the entrepreneurs you’re talking to. You have a genuine interest in the SMB market and understand the daily challenges of our potential customers.

  • They’ll see you as an equal business partner. Your main goal is to add value during your conversations and to help our leads to work smarter.

You get to know your leads very well in a short period of time, our average sales cycle is 20 days.

Requirements

Is it you, we are looking for?

  • You love to talk with entrepreneurs about their business and identify their needs as to their workflow and business processes.

  • You have at least 1 or 2 years of experience in B2B sales and you know a thing or two about Customer Relationship Management and entrepreneurship.

  • Positivity and persistence. Your focus will be online demo’s, you will need to put effort in your demo’s and follow ups to transform those into successful sales. Positivity is key here. You’re not brought down by a bad interaction.

  • You strongly believe in technology and have affinity with cloud-based applications.

  • You have a laser-focus and self-starter attitude.

  • You want to grow on a personal and professional level, in a competitive environment.

  • You speak Dutch on a native level and you are fluent in English.
