To strengthen our marketing leadership team and accelerate company growth, we are looking for an experienced Head of GTM, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and based out of our Ghent or Amsterdam office.

What you’ll be doing:

When you start, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the Teamleader product lines and truly understand the GTM processes we are running today. From there, you will make recommendations for how we can evolve our GTM in the short and long-term to meet the needs of our customers, employees and the company.

  • You’ll set the strategy to advance our go-to-market strategy: define and optimize the GTM organization, processes, and operating cadence that enables the business to grow.
    • Develop a GTM strategy based on strategic growth opportunities, business cases and implementation plans.

    • Build and employ data-driven and scalable business processes to support concurrent execution of GTM initiatives within company time and resource constraints

    • Develop metrics to measure and manage initiative progress and success relative to objectives, work with the Business Intelligence team to implement data-driven reporting.

  • You’ll deliver a relevant, customer-centric and highly competitive GTM plan across all levels of the GTM practice: pricing and packaging, monetization, product release, market analysis, positioning and value proposition and massaging and sales enablement.

  • You’ll be responsible for the customer lifecycle of our two product lines: Teamleader Focus (SME) and Teamleader Orbit (mid-market).

    • planning and execution of strategic initiatives including framing the problem set, scoping and structuring execution plans

    • performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform decision making.

Requirements

You'd be a great fit if you: 

  • have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Additionally, significant experience in sales strategy/operations within a high performance SaaS company is preferred.

  • are a builder who enjoys creating a winning strategy and environment to set customers, employees and the business up for sustained success

  • have strong strategic/business planning skills to actively drive the company's growth strategy

  • are passionate and a driven self-starter who is comfortable and able to execute independently

  • are an experienced people leader and able to work effectively in collaboration with others.

  • have expertise in data management, business intelligence and leading GTM analytics teams

  • are both a strong strategic thinker, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into strong marketing strategies, and a highly organized “doer,” with a data-driven mentality and a bias towards action.

  • have outstanding oral, written and multicultural communication skills in English and either French, Dutch or German.
