To strengthen our Growth Marketing team and expand our footprint in our home market, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager the Netherlands, reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing and based out of our corporate headquarters in Ghent (BE).

Who you are

As our Growth Marketing Manager for the Netherlands, you own the marketing strategy and execution plan for our home market, for both of our product lines: Teamleader Focus and Teamleader Orbit. The primary goals of this position are to increase awareness, expand/convert interest, and build pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team and go-to-market partners to execute events and demand generation programs. It’s a big job, but you can rely on a team of talented peers to support you in planning and delivering your marketing mix across Brand & PR, website, customer storytelling, SEA, SEO, media, virtual and offline events. You build your execution plan in close cooperation with peers in sales, customer success, partner business. This role reports to our Head of Growth Marketing and is based in our offices in Amsterdam (NL)

You’ll be surrounded and supported by a team of marketing talents across a wide variety of disciplines.

Role responsibilities:

  • Own the marketing plan for the Netherlands, including strategy, budgets, stakeholder management, reporting.

  • As a key member of our Growth Team, you will own our growth targets for the Dutch market in terms of new acquisition and customer expansion across our product lines.

  • Overseeing the entire marketing mix for the Netherlands, you will either guide experts (in-house or within our agency teams) or take ownership yourself, e.g. for local events, third party media, co-marketing activities etc.

  • Own the Direct and Indirect marketing plan, establish a working relationship with our strategic partners for the Dutch market and work with our Channel Business team to create and execute on plan.

  • Work with our Customer Success and Product teams to represent the voice of the Dutch customer in the product roadmap and planning process.

  • Participate in quarterly business reviews with channel partners to ensure alignment of plans and activities.

  • Manage pipeline achievement to meet quarterly goals.

  • Manage regional marketing budget, track activity results, and return on investment.

Requirements

Your experience and skills:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a scale-up SaaS company;

  • Proven experience overseeing a full field marketing mix, including resource planning, vendor management and reporting;

  • Flexible and happy in working across teams, tasks and skill sets; able to jump from business to creative, from virtual to offline, from revenue source analysis to new feature release plan.

  • Hands-on, apt to execute; you understand that value is created in driving execution and outcomes.

  • Used to operating common marketing technology systems, e.g. Hubspot, Jira, LinkedIn, webinar/podcast systems.

  • Strategy to execution; enthusiastic about developing the plan, and doing the work to drive results.

  • Great communication skills; able to articulate product and solution information in the context of customer problems and business values.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to perform in fast-paced, high-energy environment.

  • You're able to communicate fluently in English and Dutch. Knowledge of French is a big plus.
