We like to take matters into our own hands and claim full, end-to-end ownership of a project - from A to Z. With our can-do attitude we aren’t afraid to get our hands dirty to get the work done. In the ever-evolving SaaS space, we look for proven concepts to make sure we can quickly solve problems and implement new ideas.

At Teamleader, you can just be you. After all, who else do you need to be? No need to put on a fancy suit or pencil skirt to work. Just bring your best mood and wear your smile to work. Bridge the gap

In spite of the physical distance between us or difference in culture (we currently have offices in Gent, Amsterdam, Berlin, Madrid, and Milan), we make a huge effort to bridge the gap between our international colleagues. That’s why colleagues from remote offices regularly travel to our HQ in Ghent (and the other way around) for events or just to work remotely and get together. Each quarter for instance, staff members travel to our HQ to attend our quarterly fold-up meeting.

Startup mentality

Although we’re a scale-up, we still have a strong startup mentality: we help each other out when and wherever we can. We celebrate the good, the bad, and the ugly together. We embrace change like no one else. Working hard is what defines us; a 9-to-5 mindset isn’t part of our lingo. But we get much in return: we maintain a fair work-life balance and have a lot of fun together.

Liaison program

At Teamleader, the world is your oyster. We love to explore new territories and travel around. With our individual, free-to-spend perks budget, employees travel to other offices or choose to attend a conference in their area of expertise. Our liaison program offers the ability to travel to other offices for an extended period of time, to stimulate knowledge sharing and mutual learning.

    1. someone who has been with Teamleader for a while and helps a new employee get to know to the ins and outs of our company
    2. a “go-to-person” for a new colleague they can go to at all times with questions

    • the weekly habit of rounding off the week amongst colleagues with cava (or beer) in a relaxing and cheerful atmosphere

    • a bi-monthly company meeting where we discuss numbers, share updates and make special announcements
