Foodies rejoice! For our Belgian staff, hitherto fed on club sandwiches and take-out, can now count on Emile's elite skills to take care of their appetites. Barbecues, salads, pasta or just great home cooking, we really do count our blessings. No oysters on the menu though: our comic-reading, games-loving chef dislikes those (who doesn't?). But amazing cocktails? Oh yes. Bless Emile. May his culinary dream one day come true: serving home cured bacon from his very own free range pig farm.
